Shipping
The shipment is made within 2 working days, from Monday to Friday by express courier (unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement).
The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the customer within the times and ways defined by the express courier (GB Italia srl is not responsible for any delays due to the courier).
The tracking code will be communicated from the day after shipment. If your package is stranded or in storage we will notify you and do everything possible to solve the problem.
Returns
In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions. The right of withdrawal lapses:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, GB Italia srl will return the purchased good to the sender (customer).
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer shall send a registered letter with return receipt to the address below within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products.
The Communication shall contain:
- the manifestation of the will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999;
- the indication of the product /s for which to make use of the right of withdrawal;
- the data relating to bank account (in order to allow the refund of the amount due).
To obtain the refund of the amount, the customer shall return, at his own expense, the purchased products to the following address:
