Shipments
The shipment takes place within 2 working days, from Monday to Friday by express courier (unless otherwise indicated in the announcement).
The delivery of the products will take place at the address indicated by the buyer in the time and manner provided by the express courier (not responsible for any delays due to the courier)
The tracking code will be delivered from the day after shipment. If your package is stuck or in stock we will inform you and do what we have to overcome the unhealthy.
Shipping costs
Italy: free shipping over 60€. Under 60€ shipping is 7€
In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Holland: 11 euros. Denmark, France, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 13 euros. Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Hungary: 15 euro Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden: 18 euro. In other countries not mentioned (within or outside the EU) the costs will be communicated at the time of order.
Returns
Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/ order entered into on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to provide any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions. The right of withdrawal expires:
- Absence of the essential condition for the integrity of the goods (packaging and/or contents)
- Partial use of goods and supplies
- Absence of original outer packagings and/or inner packagings
- Absence of product components (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product by causes other than transport
In the above cases, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with VAT and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
To obtain a refund, the customer must, at his own expense, send back the products purchased to the following address:

Payments
The payment must be made within 4 working days after the conclusion of the purchase.
