How do I know my strap size?How long are the straps?
Generally our straps are 19cm long in total. We advise you to look at the "product description" section in the sheet of each product to see the exact length. On the site there is also the "long sizes" section for longer straps in the catalog (about 21 cm in total).
Can I shorten a strap?
It is a service that we offer, so it is sometimes possible, but it must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the model. There are also some shorter models available. If, on the other hand, this is not possible, a custom-made strap must be used. In any case, for such requests, it is necessary to contact us through one of the various channels available.
Is it possible to have personalized or made-to-measure straps?
Yes, it is possible for most leather bands. Do not hesitate to contact us through one of the various channels available and together we will create your customized strap.
Can I change the stitching?
Yes, the seam change is a service that we offer to our customers, with a small surcharge compared to the list price.
My watch has a special attachment, can you make me a strap?
Especially when it comes to leather straps, we always try to find a solution for our customers, be it the adaptation of an existing strap or a solution through a custom-made strap. Do not hesitate to contact us through one of the various channels available and together we will find the best solution to your problem.
I like this product, but I would like a different size that I can't find in the catalogue.
We can offer 2 solutions to solve the problem and try to make you satisfied. Whenever possible, we perform an adaptation (reduction) service directly on a standard size strap in the catalog (modification not visible once mounted on the watch). In other cases, however, it is necessary to create a strap tailored to your needs.
What changes between an adaptation and a custom strap?
The customized strap is made according to your requests (type of leather / material, length of the sections, thickness, size of the handle and buckle, type and color of stitching, etc.). The adaptation is a minor modification starting from a strap already present in the catalog (e.g. reduction of the handle from 20 to 19mm).
Are the straps water resistant?
Our straps are made with top quality leathers. Like all genuine leather products, they suffer a little from exposure to water. If you have to wash your hands with the watch, that's fine, but they are clearly not suitable for swimming in the summer or in the shower. In that case, we recommend steel or rubber/silicone products. Finally, there are some synthetic or water-repellent models that are a cross between those in leather and those in steel / silicone and which respond better to exposure to water.

Orders and shipments


How fast are orders processed?

All of our orders are processed the same day or by the next working day. In case of stock availability, the shipment of orders is guaranteed within 48 hours of receiving the order. If the order was placed over the weekend, it will be shipped the next working day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping times depend on the destination. In case of stock availability, delivery in Italy is within 48h (sometimes 24h). In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Holland: 48h Denmark, France, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Rep., Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Slovakia: 72h Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania , Serbia, Sweden, UK: 96h. In other countries not mentioned (in or outside the EU) the times will be communicated at the time of the order.

How much does my shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated before submitting your payment information. The cost of standard shipping by courier in Italy is 7 euros. In case of payments over 60 euros, shipping (in Italy) is free! In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Holland: 11 euros. Denmark, France, Switzerland, UK: 13 euros. Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Hungary: 15 euros Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden: 18 euros. In other countries not mentioned (in or outside the EU) the costs will be communicated at the time of the order.

Is it possible to cancel an order? Will I pay an additional cost?

Contact us immediately through the various channels available to request the cancellation of the order. No additional costs will be charged. Warning: since we have limited delivery times for order fulfillment, we will not be able to accept the cancellation of an order if it has already been shipped.

Can I update my address once an order has been placed?

Contact us immediately through the various channels available quoting your order number, name and correct address and we will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched. Attention: as we have tight lead times for fulfilling your orders, however please note that we cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been placed.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

If the strap does not fit, within 20 days of receipt you can send the product back at your expense and we will exchange the strap (courier exchange service). We advise you to contact us in any case to verify and manage the product change before proceeding with the return.

What should I do if I can't track my item?

Contact us through the channels available to request the status of the shipment. We will try to locate the problem and update you accordingly.

Are there also your physical stores / points of sale?

We do not have our own single-brand physical stores (even our office in Turin is not a sales point). You can find some of our articles in many jewelers in Italy and Switzerland, especially in Turin and its province.
