SHIPPING The shipment is made within 2 working days, from Monday to Friday. on Fridays; by express courier (unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement). The tracking code will be sent to you. delivered from the day after shipment. If your package is stranded or in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our possession to overcome the impasse.

CHANGES AND RETURNS If the strap does not fit, within 20 days of receipt, you can send the product back at your expense and we will exchange the strap (exchange service of the courier ). We advise you to contact us in any case to verify and manage the product exchange before proceeding with the return.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty; and without the need; to give any explanation, subject to the following conditions. The right of withdrawal expires:

• For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents).
• Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables.
• The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging.
• The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...).
• Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender. Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address below.

The Communication must be contain:
