How to take care of a leather strap
• Keep it away from water: the genuine leather band is not waterproof. water resistant, so avoid wearing it in the shower or when swimming. If the band gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth and let it air dry. Never use hair dryers or dryers that could damage the leather.
• Do not use chemicals or abrasives, which would damage the leather. For periodic cleaning, use a specific leather cleaner. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and to be on the safe side, apply the cleaner to a limited area of your strap to make sure it fits.
• Do not expose the strap to heat: the genuine leather strap does not tolerate excessive heat, therefore avoid wearing it in very hot environments or putting it in contact with heat sources such as direct sun or fire.

Shipping and returns
SHIPPING The shipment is made within 2 working days, from Monday to Friday. on Fridays; by express courier (unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement). The tracking code will be sent to you. delivered from the day after shipment. If your package is stranded or in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our possession to overcome the impasse.
CHANGES AND RETURNS If the strap does not fit, within 20 days of receipt, you can send the product back at your expense and we will exchange the strap (exchange service of the courier ). We advise you to contact us in any case to verify and manage the product exchange before proceeding with the return.
Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty; and without the need; to give any explanation, subject to the following conditions. The right of withdrawal expires:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents).
